Chelsea forward Eden Hazard has fueled speculations linking him to a summer move to Spanish giants Real Madrid just after two months since he talked of his admiration for the Los Blancos.
The 27-year-old is currently enduring a long spell without a goal; his last goal in all competitions came on Sunday, 7 October, 2018 in a three-nil English Premier League win against Southampton, but has 7 already in his name in the Premier League this season after 15 games.
He was linked to a move to Madrid last summer before the then manager Zinedine Zidane stepped down as a coach for the team.
As per Get French Football News, Hazard told that RMC that: “I have always liked Real Madrid as a club, with or without Zidane. At the end of this year I have 1 year left on my Chelsea contract. We will see, it’ll be up to me to make the decision.”
His contract is due 2020 and he is deemed as a long term replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo who left for Juventus last summer transfer window.
The Belgian’s Chelsea are fourth in the Premier League standings, eight points adrift of leaders Liverpool, and will face Brighton next weekend after a Thursday Europa League match against Vidi.
